Grundy and Drew Cup Winners 2020/21

This years well deserved winner of the Grundy Cup was our Secretary, Andy Ashenhurst. Andy kept the club administration and finances on track during a year when constant changes and updates could have caused us great difficulties. Coincidently he last won the Grundy Cup in 1991/92 when serving his first term as Secretary, that must be a record!!
The Jon Drew Cup was awarded to Dan Blackwell. Fixture, match and pitch booking secretary is always a job which goes below the club radar but is what gets games for members. When the Exeter Schools closed their doors Dan took on the task of finding alternative venues. For all of you who got training and match play the reason is the methodical and calm way Dan carried out working with other pitch hirers. Great work Dan.
Mention must also be made of our Covid Officer, Dave Pewsey, for getting to grips quickly with all the new regulations and setting up the guidelines. Thank you Dave for that work.
