THESE STEPS MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE BEING ABLE TO PLAY/TRAIN

We have come up with our own risk assessment which can be read here EDHC Covid 19 Risk Assessment
###############################################################
In order to adhere to England Hockey and Government regulations all players must complete the following tasks before being allowed to participate. (This is for your own and everyone else's safety).
1) Read the Step 4 EH guidelines for players. England-Hockey-Guidelines-S4. (A Document with more detail can be read here: Back-On-Pitch-Guidelines)
2) You must read, understand and sign the England Hockey Consent Form here: Consent Form (please fully read this as you are filling it out. Agreeing to this also means agreeing to the Government Track and Trace system.)
3) You must inform the club if you will be attending any training or matches for the immediate future. (This can be currently done via captains, coachs, commitee members.)
4) If you are feeling ill or showing any symptons of Covid-19 do NOT attend training or games of any sort. (eg high temperature, a new continuous cough, a loss or change to sense of smell) - More information on Covid symptons and medical advice can be seen here.
In addition to these steps, please read the following information on this page.
England Hockey have now officially moved to Step 4 of 5 on the Returning to Hockey Road Map.
Step 5, the full resumption of league and competitive Hockey, will be assessed over the upcoming weeks. The decison to move the the final stage will be made once England Hockey are confident clubs and ready and sufficiently prepared.
There will be changes to the selection email, that will now be going out for training as well as matches, please read all information on this amended email.
By completing the steps at the beginning of of this page you are agreeing that you will practise the following requirements set due to Covid.
1) Practise social distancing in groups of 6 or less before and after training, games and anything related to hockey practise.
2) Do not use changing rooms except for only the use of toilet facilities
